They did turn out alright tho and tasted pretty good. Maybe next time I'll do better. :o)airforcebridehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15979704186906699667noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31229378.post-43703651113604559672008-02-14T10:38:00.000-06:002008-02-14T10:38:00.000-06:00Sorry to tempt you, Samantha! But, you know what ...Sorry to tempt you, Samantha! But, you know what I've heard (never tried myself, though)? You could make the cheesecake and then slice, wrap, and freeze individual portions. Then, when you want some cheesecake (like, EVERY SUNDAY until it's gone, LOL!) you have some, but it's still out of sight for the most part and less of a temptation. Plus, you're less likely to say, "Well, I don't want this whole cheesecake to go bad, so I'd better eat it all. right now!" LOL

Or, you could do what I did. Bring it over to someone's home. We only brought back one or two slices, and I put one in Nathan's lunch box, and gave another to a friend/neighbor. :~)

~~~
Lea, I do hope you and your family enjoy the cookies! I fully intend to try your potato soup sometime next week. Hey, you gave me a recipe, and now I've given you one... I guess we're even. :~)Arlenehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02616597859669901083noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31229378.post-60138748288323316202008-02-11T19:31:00.000-06:002008-02-11T19:31:00.000-06:00I can hardly wait to try those cookies. That cheesecake looks so good! My mom used to make homemade cheesecake, and it was so much better than the instant or store bought kinds. This would be a good Sunday treat for us...the only problem is that there are usually leftovers :)
Oh and I think I've tried those cookies before and you're right, they are yummy!Samanthahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08915855734482595293noreply@blogger.com
